I’ve lived in South Austin since 2004, and service and repair neighbor’s PCs from my home, with multiple repeat customers. I can plan, coordinate and perform virtually any computer or networking project for homes, home offices and businesses large and small. I will be your dependable, honest, down to earth “tech guy” and explain what’s going on in plain language.
My experience working for major local Internet Service Providers provided a comprehensive education in website hosting, networking and associated services.
I periodically work through major IT service companies as their local IT subcontractor. I have managed every stage of a corporate equipment refresh (upgrade) from unpacking, inventory, scheduling, staging, backing up user files, deploying, restoring user files, custom app installs, helping end users, storage wiping, packing and shipping out. And I enjoy doing this kind of work!
